Who you are contracting with

What you are buying

Two things, bought together and priced separately. A one-off build: a website generated from your answers, with its own admin panel, search-engine setup and a contact form. And a monthly plan, which is what keeps the site online, backed up and supported.

The build is yours once paid for. The monthly plan is what serves it to visitors — if it ends, the site goes offline, and we send you a complete copy so nothing you paid for is lost.

Price, and what it includes

The total price of both parts is shown before you confirm, and that is the amount charged. There are no fees that appear afterwards.

A domain name, if you ask us to register one, is charged separately and at cost. It is registered in your name, not ours.

When the contract is made

When your payment is confirmed. You then receive confirmation by email, including these terms.

Delivery

The site is generated within minutes of payment and is yours to edit immediately. It goes live when you publish it, which is your decision and not ours. If a domain is involved it can take up to 48 hours for the address to work everywhere, which is how the domain name system behaves and not something either of us controls.

Your right to withdraw — fourteen days

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of it being made, without giving a reason. Tell us at hello@invenios.bg — any clear statement is enough, and there is a form below if you would rather use one.

Because the work begins immediately at your express request, withdrawing does not always mean a full refund. You pay a share of the price proportionate to what has already been supplied, and we return the rest within fourteen days, by the same means you paid.

• Before your site has been generated: we keep nothing — 0%.
• Generated but never published: we keep 30% of the build price.
• Published and live: we keep 60% of the build price.
• The monthly plan is refunded for the part of the month not used.
• A domain name already registered cannot be refunded — the registration fee is paid to the registry and the domain stays yours.

Model withdrawal form

To Invenios Solutions, hello@invenios.bg: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service — [website, ordered on …]. Ordered on […]. Name […]. Address […]. Date […].

Ending the monthly plan

You can cancel at any time, from your admin panel or by email. The site stays online until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge a fee for leaving and we do not require notice.

Before it goes offline we send you a complete copy of the site — every page as a file you can host anywhere. That is automatic.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the service working as described. If it does not, tell us and we will put it right; if we cannot, you are entitled to a reduction or to your money back under Bulgarian consumer law, and nothing here limits that.

We are not responsible for the content you write or upload, for where you rank in search results, or for how much business the site brings you. Nobody can honestly promise any of those.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to publish it as part of your site, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to use any photographs or text you provide.

Personal data

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice. Enquiries your visitors send through your site are yours, and covered by the separate data processing agreement.

Complaints and disputes

Write to hello@invenios.bg first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

If that does not resolve it, you may complain to the Commission for Consumer Protection, which is the Bulgarian authority for consumer matters, or use an approved alternative dispute resolution body. Bulgarian law applies, and nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones you accepted when you bought, and we keep a copy of them.
